I cannot imagine starting a food business without a place like The Hatchery. They provide an unbelievable number of resources that are key to starting a business: business classes, one-on-one coaching, networking and sampling opportunities, access to trade shows, as well as space to actually make your product. The manage to focus on both the food-specific business facets, while also covering the fundamental needs of an entrepreneur.

I participated in a recent cohort of the Sprouts Incubator program and gained so much business, operational and marketing insight from their programming.The Hatchery also provides wonderful opportunities to meet and network with other entrepreneurs. My team and I had a planning day today and used one of the co-working spaces at The Hatchery. We were a team of six and were very comfortable and well accommodated! We pre-ordered from Elevated Subs and the owner was extremely kind, patient and him and his team had wonderful customer service...not to mention the food was very good! They have a little outdoor patio which we used to take a break and bask in the nice weather! Overall an amazing experience and highly recommend!

Attended a networking and e-commerce class here. The space was very open, with high ceilings in the main area. The class was also in a cool looking space. I believe the Hatchery focuses on assisting those in the food and beverage business. They do have a nice size parking lot in the back, but on the day of the event, it was full. So, plan on getting there early or using street parking.
